Ooooppphh...sounds like a real learning experience. I think it is so good to push our comfort zones into the experiences that you are immersed in. Are you keeping a journal? Years from now such a journal will be able to revisit these sharp pokes to your senses. The link you posted was no longer. It sounds as though the Cabot cheese there is much different than the Cabot cheese sold at our local markets. Your reference to spittle causes me to reflect upon survival strategies we review prior to off shore fishing and/or deep woods hunting expeditions...tell me is this a subsistent community that you are in? I hope you are well, my daughters reading your blog with smiles and questions :-) Bret
